How long does my order take to ship?

All of our Angel Number necklaces are made to order so we try to ship out packages 3-5 days after purchase. If you have any questions about shipping/order specifics, please email contact@herauracollective.com.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We unfortunately don’t offer International shipping at the moment due to being a small business but we’d love to in the future :)

What is your return policy? 

EMAIL US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

• Please include ORDER# and the reason for the return/exchange.

Please wait 1-3 days for your return to be approved.

Once approved we will email you a prepaid return label. Each case is different so you may or may not have the shipping deducted from your refund.

All returns are subject to inspection and we do have the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet any of the above requirements. :)
